Shake Shack is known for its milkshakes, but their burger is the real deal. This restaurant exploded out of Madison Square Park in New York and has become a city-wide treasure. The ShackBurger is pure Angus beef served with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce on a potato roll.
The burger's price easily rises about its competition, but you get your money's worth in every bite. Most restaurants can only dream to make a burger this good.
7Big Mac From McDonald's
The Big Mac: as you read the words, hear the echo. It's been loved for generations, universally known due to the mid-70s jingle on TV and radio. The special sauce was a mystery for years, adding a taste that was almost impossible to replicate. You know a burger's big time when it has its own museaum in Pennsylvania, and is used in representations of American capitalism.
8Burger King's Whopper
Burger King's Whopper has been wowing customers since 1957. Back then, it was the only burger of its size. With all the competition these days, burgers have grown in size and quality but the Whopper was the boss of burgers. Despite minor changes over the years and many imitations sprouting about, the Whooper remains the pinnacle of "bigger is better."
