ABOUT

Hey there! My name is Jackie Wing; I was born in 1980 in Mcmurray, Pennsylvania, and am a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. I'm a former school teacher, and these days I'm a music instructor. I started Wisdom Health Wealth as a way to impart knowledge about better living unto others like you!

When the light bulb blinks on, it's amazing what a change it is that occurs in your life-- learning how to take better care of your mind, body, relationships, career, and more. Earlier in my life, I felt like I was going through the motions, firmly cemented in my teaching career but not enjoying it as much as I hoped. Stress, finances, and just an overall yearning for more started to build up! When it took the time to learn about these areas, my life took a turn for the better.

I hope that Wisdom Health Wealth puts you in a position to enjoy your life to the fullest, whether it's finding fulfillment in your relationships, tips for adding exercise to your lifestyle or even just learning how to say thank you. We believe that the little things matter and help to one day awaken you to an abundance mentality that dreams are made of.

Best regards,

Jackie Wing

Hello! I'm John Quintana. I was born in 1962 and am a resident of Sacramento, California where I was born and raised. I own a remodeling company and used to be a tile setter. I've always had a passion for transforming things and making them look and feel brand new--not just a home or office, but people too!

I come from a background of working in construction, as a man who loves working with his hands and has a bit of an eye for creative detail. The long work weeks take their toll after many years, however, and as I began to approach retirement age, I wanted to change some things in my life. I wanted to be smarter with my finances, practice better mindfulness, become healthier, and more. Every day I learn something new, and the best part to me is that the journey of self-improvement never ends.

Wisdom Health Wealth is here to help you and me thrive, help us make wiser decisions and help us learn how to better enjoy life. Everyone stands to gain a thing or two, but these tips can really change everything. I think you'll find that a few changes can have a big effect. Just like setting tile, the right foundation is key!

Warm wishes,

John Quintana
